INSTALLATION
EXHAUST PIPE ON CYLINDER HEAD -
INSTALLATION
Step
1 Check that the studs are firmly in place.
Secure them with LOCTITE 648 if
necessary and tighten them.
Tightening torque 6 Nm (53.09 in. lb.)
2 Fasten the exhaust flange to the cylinder
head with 2 new M8 hex. nuts.
Tightening torque 12 Nm (106.18 in. lb.).
NOTE: The exhaust flange must be pa-
rallel to the screw face on the cy-
linder head but must not rest
against it.
