FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR -
ASSEMBLY
The fuel pressure regulator is assembled and
disassembled in the same way. The following
should be noted.
Step
1 Lubricate the O-rings lightly with
KLUEBER ISOFLEX TOPAS Nb5051.
2 Install the fuel pressure regulator in the
pressure regulator housing until it stops.
3 Install the retaining ring.
NOTE: When the retaining ring is moun-
ted, it must be possible to rotate
the fuel pressure regulator ma-
nually.

AIRBOX - ASSEMBLY
Step
1 Secure the nipple and the gasket ring with
LOCTITE 243.
Tightening torque 6 Nm (53 in. lb.)
2 Secure the M6x12 hex. screw and the
gasket ring with LOCTITE 243.
Tightening torque 6 Nm (53 in. lb.)
