Description
Software must not rely on the value of a reserved. Writing any other
value than the reset value may result in undefined behavior.
Value will be written to
ADI_3_REFSYS:DCDCCTL1.VDDR_TRIM_SLEEP by boot FW
while in safezone.
Default value holds trim value from production test.
