I/O Name and Function
Output On-chip power supply stabilizer pin: The VCL pin need
not be connected to the power supply. Connect this pin
to VSS via a 0.1 µF capacitor (placed close to the
pins).
Input Port power supply pin. Connect all pins to the same
power supply.
Input Ground: For connection to ground
(0 V). All VSS pins should be connected to the system
power supply (0 V).
Input PLL ground: Ground for on-chip PLL oscillator.
Input PLL capacitance: External capacitance pin for on-chip
PLL oscillator.
Input Connects to a crystal oscillator.

Input Connects to a crystal oscillator.
The EXTAL pin can also input an external clock.
