When TDRE = 1 and ERS = 0 (normal transmission) 1.0 etu after transmission of a
1-byte serial character when GM = 1 and BLK = 0
When TDRE = 1 and ERS = 0 (normal transmission) 1.0 etu after transmission of a
1-byte serial character when GM = 1 and BLK = 1
