Recovering a stuck LIU7

Use this procedure to recover a stuck CCS7 link interface unit (LIU7). An

LIU7 is stuck when both F-bus taps of the LIU7 are not accessible (NA). This

procedure applies only to three-slot LIU7s.

The following ﬂowchart provides an overview of the procedure. Use the

instructions in the step-action procedure that follows the ﬂowchart to perform

the recovery task.
