Post the HLIU by typing

and pressing the Enter key.

at step 12
If the state of the HLIU is
SysB or Offl
ManB
InSv
Force the HLIU to busy by typing
>BSY FORCE
and pressing the Enter key.
Return the HLIU to service
>RTS
and pressing the Enter key.
If the RTS command
passed, and the HLIU is ISTb or InSv
failed, and the HLIU is ManB or SysB
anything else
