Locate the NTEX22 card that belongs to the stuck HLIU or HSLR.
17 Carefully pull the card 25 mm (1 in.) toward you.
18 Leave the NTEX22 sitting in its slot on the link interface shelf (LIS).

Static electricity damage
Wear a wrist strap connected to the wrist-strap grounding
point of a frame supervisory panel (FSP) while handling
cards. This protects the cards against damage caused by
static electricity.
