Emergency shutdown of one unit of MSB7s

Application
Use this procedure to conserve emergency backup power. To conserve
emergency backup power, shut down one unit of CCS7 message switch and
buffers (MSB7).
Action
The following flowchart is a summary of the procedure. Use the instructions
in the step-action procedure that follows the flowchart to perform the recovery
task.
