INITiate Commands
Initiate commands allow you to place the N432A in the wait-for-trigger state.
The INITiate commands are overlapped, that is, the N432A can continue parsing
and executing subsequent commands while initiated. Note that the pending
operation flag is set when the N432A moves out of the idle state, and the flag is
cleared when it re-enters the idle state.
