STATus Subsystem
STATus:QUEStionable
The questionable status register set contains bits that indicate the quality of
various aspects of signals processed by the N432A.
The following bits in the register set are used by the N432A:
Bit
0 to 2
3
4 to 7
8
9
10 to 15
Bit 3 is set by the logical OR outputs of the
STATus:QUEStionable:POWer:SUMMary register.
Bit 8 is set by the logical OR outputs of the
STATus:QUEStionable:CALibration:SUMMary register.
Bit 9 is set if the power-on self-test fails, and cleared if it passes.
