STATus:OPERation:ULFail[:SUMMary]
The operation status upper limit fail summary register contains information on the
upper limit fail status of the N432A.
The following bits in the register are used by the N432A:

The appropriate bits are set if a window upper limit test fails.
These bits are cleared if a measurement is made and the test is enabled and
passes.
