STATus:OPERation:LLFail[:SUMMary]
The operation status lower limit fail summary register contains information on the
lower limit fail status of the N432A.
The following bits in the register are used by the N432A:

The appropriate bits are set if a window lower limit test fails.
These bits are cleared if a measurement is made and the test is enabled and
passes.
