V. Enabling/disabling the idle-cut function
The idle cut function means if the traffic from a certain connection is less than the
defined traffic, cut off this connection.

By default, the idle-cut function is disabled.
VI. Enabling accounting optional
If a user is configured with the accounting optional command, the user can still use
the network resource during the accounting even when the switch finds no available
accounting server or fails to communicate with the accounting server.
Unlike the scheme none command, with the accounting optional command, the
system sends accounting information to the accounting server but the user can still use
the network resource regardless of whether the accounting server responds or
performs the accounting service. However, with the scheme none command, the
system neither sends accounting information to the accounting server nor terminates
the connection. If you specify RADIUS scheme in the scheme command without
configuring accounting optional, the system sends accounting information to the
accounting server, and if the server fails to respond or perform accounting service, the
connection is terminated.
Perform the following configuration in ISP domain view.

By default, when an ISP domain is created, accounting optional is disabled.
VII. Enabling/Disabling the Messenger Alert
Messenger alert function allows the clients to inform the online users about their
remaining online time through message alert dialog box.
