By default, the AAA scheme is local once an ISP domain is created.
Note:
Like the scheme command, the radius-scheme command can also be used to specify
the RADIUS scheme for the current ISP domain; both commands have the same effect,
and the latest configuration will take effect.
III. Configuring the ISP domain state
Every ISP has active/block states.
active state: domain users can request network services.
block state: domain users cannot request any network service, which will not affect
the users already online.
Perform the following configuration in ISP domain view.

Set the ISP domain state to active
Set the ISP domain state to block
By default, the domain state is active once an ISP domain is created, and each user of
the domain is allowed to request network services.
IV. Configuring access limit
Maximum number of supplicants specifies how many supplicants can be contained in
the ISP. For any ISP domain, there is no limit to the number of supplicants by default.
Perform the following configuration in ISP domain view.

Set a limit to the amount of supplicants
Restore the limit to the default setting
By default, there is no limit to the amount of supplicants.
