NOZ. ADJ. PATTERN (Registration Adjustment)
By printing out the "NOZ.ADJ.PATTERN", the printing positions
of the four heads can be seen. Registration adjustment is ajusted in
accordance with the forrowing procedure based upon the
"NOZ.ADJ.PATTERN". Registration adjustment and checking
must always be done in the following cases.
• When installing.
• After changing the paper type.
• After removing/assembling the head (upper head plate).
• Others, when the registration goes out of position.
(1) Vertical Registration Adjustment
1. T-K Gap Adjustment Method
Judge the K print start position by the position of the outer frame
which is the maximum scribed image area, and adjust the
currently set value (check with control panel or printed output of
"SET.VALUE.PRINT" ).
2. K-C, C-M, M-Y Gap Adjustment Method
Read the number where the straight lines coincide, and add that
number to the currently set value.
