Precautions in Assembling
Arrangement of tubes
The tubes on the rear side of the printer have to be arranged as
follows:
1. Pass the four suction tubes (1), (2), (3), and (4), and the four
recovery tubes (5), (6), (7), and (8) through between the PHS unit
and the rear crossmember (13).
2. Pass the recovery tubes, black (5) and cyan (6) through between
the suction tubes, cyan (2) and magenta (3). Pass the recovery
tubes, magenta (7) and yellow (8) through between the suction
tubes, magenta (3) and yellow (4).
3. Pass the four pressure tubes (9), (10), (11), and (12) through the
right side viewed from the machine side of the four recovery
tubes (5), (6), (7), and (8).

4. When assembling, the overflow tubing of the breather unit (see
figure 5-4) are tied up together with a bundle of wires of the
pump unit, not too strong, the leading edge of the tube should be
arranged to run into the inside of the lower ink room.
