Aging Mode
Description of Operation
Repeats Cleaning 1 operation (Preliminary discharge).
Repeats Cleaning 2 operation ( pressurizing → head wiping →
preparatory discharge (After the headwiping, waste ink is sucked.)).
Repeats Cleaning 3 operation (starts waste ink suction operation →
pressurizing → head wiping → Preliminary discharge ).
Repeats Cleaning 4 operation (starts waste ink suction operation → ink
circulation → pressurizing → head wiping → preliminary discharge).
Repeats ink supply operation.
Repeats head wipe operation.
Repeats head movement between printing position and capping posi-
tion.
Repeats paper feed operation.
Repeats "head wiping → moves head to printing position → feed
operation → moves head to capping position".
Select a test pattern from 7 types of test patterns and print continuously
by setting required number of sheets.
How to stop the Aging Mode
Aging menu can be paused while the "beeping" sound is on, once
it has been paused, the aging process can be stopped by pressing the
stop button.
