4 5. Take out the paper from the box and set the paper between the
paper guides. Move the paper guide (front) until matching the
paper width and tighten the fixing screw. At this time, you can see
the paper edge from the window on the paper guide. Position the
paper guide watching from the window so that the paper edge is
matched to the mark on the paper guide.
6. Bring the paper into touch with the inner roller at its end and the
paper guide (inner) on the side and press the "FEED" key on the
control panel instantaneously.
(Paper end of about 10mm long will be fed into the PHS unit.)
* If the paper end is not fed into the PHS unit, check that the paper
end is in touch with the roller and repeat the above procedure.

Inspection/Remarks
If the paper guide is strongly pushed against the
paper, the paper is not properly fed. Be sure to
match the paper edge correctly to the mark.
Avoid keeping the "FEED" key pushed for
more than 2 seconds since a sheet of label is
completely fed.
If "NO PAPER FED" is indicated after start of
printing is requested, set the paper again and
push the "ENTER" key. Then the error is reset
and printing is started.
