1 Are the connections and wiring of the
following connectors in order?
• Pump Unit: J71, J76
• Engine 1 PCB: J302, J305
Is "EMPTY INK" displayed? Is there

ink in the ink cartridges?
Are the tube connections and routing

between pump units, needle blocks and
sub tanks, and to the tube stations, in
order? Are there any broken tubes?
Is the sensor plate stopping position of

the pressure cam home position sensor
in order?
5 Is the problem corrected when Engine 1
PCB is replaced?

No Reconnect and rewire the con-
nectors correctly.
Yes Replace with new ink cartridge.
No Reconnect and route the tubes
