Inspection, mechanical stops
The procedure below details how to inspect the additional mechanical stops on axes 1, 2 and
3.

1.
DANGER!
Turn off all electric power, hydraulic and pneumatic
pressure supplies to the robot!
For Foundry Prime robots: Do not turn off the air
pressure to motors and SMB.
2. Check the additional stops on axes 1, 2 and 3 for
damage.
3. Make sure the stops are properly attached.
Correct tightening torque: 115 Nm.
4. If any damage is detected, the mechanical stops must
be replaced!
Correct attachment screws:
Axis 1: M16 x 35
Axis 2: M16 x 50
Axis 3: M16 x 80
