The procedure below details how to refit the gearbox, axis 2.

18. Remove the sealing from the lower arm.

DANGER!
Turn off all electric power, hydraulic and
pneumatic pressure supplies to the robot!
For Foundry Prime robots: Do not turn off the air
pressure to motors and SMB.
2. Fit the guide pins, sealing axis 2/3 on gearbox,
axis 2.
Only the holes showed in figure beside are
allowed to be used to the guide pins!
3. Fit the new sealing, axis 2/3 on gearbox, axis 2,
with guidance from the guide pins.
4. Fit two guide pins, M16 180° in relation to each
other in the attachment holes in the frame.
5. Fit the lifting tool, gearbox axis 2, to the gearbox. Art. no. is specified in
