The procedure below details how to remove gearbox, axis 4.

Action
1.
DANGER!
Turn off all electric power, hydraulic and pneumatic
pressure supplies to the robot!
For Foundry Prime robots: Do not turn off the air
pressure to motors and SMB.
2. Drain the oil from the primary gearbox through the oil
plug, draining.
3. Drain the oil from the secondary gearbox through the
oil plug, draining.
4. Remove the plastic housing from the cover, axis 4
gearbox.
5. Remove the cover, axis 4 gearbox by unscrewing its
attachment screws.
