ENGINE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
Remove the following bolts from the under side of the
engine mounting case [1].
• bolts (10 x 60 mm) (two)
• bolt (10 x 85 mm) (one)
• bolt/washer (12 x 65 mm) (one)
• bolt/washers (12 x 120 mm) (two)
• flange bolts (10 x 70 mm) (two)
• flange bolt (10 x 120 mm) (one)
• flange bolts (12 x 120 mm) (two)
Lift up the engine assembly slowly with a hoist, and
remove the engine from the engine mount case.
• When lifting the engine assembly, take care to keep
it level.
Remove the dowel pin (10 x 16 mm) [2], dowel pin (14 x
15 mm) [3], washer (14 mm) [4] and the engine
mounting case gasket [5].

ENGINE INSTALLATION

Remove the bolt (6 x 16 mm) [1], and washer (6 mm) [2]
from sift shaft B [3], and remove the shift arm [4].
Remove the two bolts (6 x 11 mm) [5] and the seal
holder [6].
Remove shift shaft B and washer (14 mm) [7] from the
back side of the engine assembly.
Remove the O-ring (26.9 x 2.4 mm) [8] and oil seal [9]
from the seal holder.
