Measure the outer rotor-to-pump body clearance.
STANDARD:
0.10 – 0.18 mm (0.004 – 0.007 in)
SERVICE LIMIT:
0.20 mm (0.008 in)
OUTER ROTOR-TO-OIL PUMP BODY
SIDE CLEARANCE
Measure the outer rotor-to-oil pump body side
clearance.
STANDARD:
0.02 – 0.07 mm (0.001 – 0.003 in)
SERVICE LIMIT:
0.12 mm (0.005 in)
