FUEL SYSTEM
Remove the ten bolts (6 x 22 mm) [1] and intake
manifold upper cover [2].
Remove the seven bolts (8 x 50 mm) [1], bolt (6 x 32
mm) [2], two nuts (8 mm) [3], and intake manifold [4].
• When loosening the stud bolt, tighten it and check
that the length from the bolt head to the injector base
surface is within specification (Specification length:
28 mm (1.1 in))
Remove the intake manifold spacer [1] and intake
manifold gasket [2] from the stud bolts [3].
Check the upper cover gasket [4] and intake manifold
gasket [5] for cracks and other damage. Replace if
necessary.
