Passenger compartment wiring: Removal - Refitting
B91 or K91
a Torque tighten the earth nuts on the front left-
hand side member (8 N.m).
a Connect the R 265 connectors.
a Clip the wiring onto the centre section of the bulk-
head.
a Connect the following connectors:
- the brake fluid reservoir,
- the windscreen wiper motor.
a Clip the wiring:
- to the right-hand section of the bulkhead,
- under the brake hydraulic unit.
a Torque tighten the earth nut on the hydraulic unit
of the wheel anti-locking system (8 N.m).
a Connect the braking computer connector.
a Fasten the braking computer connector.
a Clip the wiring:
- onto the front side members,
- into the front wheel arches.
DISCHARGE LAMPS
a Connect the headlight beam adjustment front sensor
connector.
a Connect the front wheel speed sensor connector on
both sides of the vehicle.
a Clip on the R 260 connectors.
a Connect the R 260 connectors.
a Clip the wiring onto the left-hand section of the dash-
board cross member.
a Torque tighten the earth nuts on the left-hand
dashboard cross member (8 N.m).
a Clip the wiring onto the front left-hand section of the
passenger compartment.
a Connect:
- the R 99 connectors,
- the brake light switch connector,
- the acceleration pedal potentiometer connector,
- the electric steering column lock connector.

a Connect:
- the clutch pedal position sensor connector,
- the clutch pedal start and end of travel sensor con-
nectors.
RIGHT-HAND DRIVE
a Clip the passenger compartment relay and fuse box
onto the dashboard cross member.
FRONT AND REAR PROXIMITY RADAR
a Connect the front parking distance control buzzer
connector.
