Engine wiring: Removal - Refitting
K9K or M9R
a Disconnect:
- the damper valve connector (5) ,
- the connector (6) from the camshaft position sen-
sor.
a Unclip the engine wiring from the injector rail protec-
tor cover.
a Move the engine wiringaside.
a Remove:
- the bolt (7) on the intercooler inlet air pipe,
- the nut (8) on the intercooler inlet air pipe.

a Pull the clip (9) from the intercooler inlet air pipe.
a Disconnect the intercooler inlet air pipe.
a Remove the intercooler inlet air pipe.
a Unclip the injector rail protector cover at (10) .
a Remove:
- the injector rail protector cover bolt (11) ,
- the injector rail protector cover nut (12) ,
