Engine wiring: Removal - Refitting
K9K or M9R
a Unclip the fuse holders at (2) .
a Disconnect the passenger compartment wiring har-
ness from the max fuse box.
a Remove the bolt (3) from the max fuse box.
a Move the max fuse box to one side.
M9R
a Remove the injector rail protector (see Injector rail
protector: Removal - Refitting) (13B, Diesel injec-
tion).

a Loosen the clip (4) on the intercooler outlet air pipe.
a Disconnect the intercooler outlet air pipe on the
damper valve.
a Detach the intercooler outlet air pipe from the damp-
er valve.
