14. Check for continuity between PCM connector
t e r m i n a l C12 and body g r o u n d .

Is there continuity?
Y E S — G o t o step 26.
NO—Repair open in the w i r e between the PCM
(C12) and the brake booster pressure sensor, then
go to step 2 1 .
15. Turn the ignition switch OFF.
16. Connect PCM connector terminals C12 and D5 w i t h
a j u m p e r w i r e .

17. Turn the ignition switch ON (II).
18. Check the BBP SENSOR in the DATA LIST w i t h the
HDS.
Is there about 4.9 V or more?
YES—Go to step 26.
NO—Repair open in the w i r e between the PCM (D5)
and the brake booster pressure sensor, then go to
step 2 1 .
