Installation
1. Install the intake m a n i f o l d . Tighten the bolts and
nuts sequentially in t w o or three steps. A l w a y s use
a n e w intake m a n i f o l d gasket.
Specified Torque
8 x 1.25 mm: 22 N-m (2.2 kgf m, 16 Ibfft)

2. Install the upper cover. Tighten the bolts and nuts
sequentially in t w o or three steps. A l w a y s use new
gaskets.
Specified Torque
6 x 1.0 mm: 12 N-m (1.2 k g f m , 8.7 Ibfft)

3. Install the positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) hose.
4. Install the water bypass hoses.
