5.3 Retry Function

The retry function, which repeats read or write processing according to a retry request signal (VPRETR) from a
peripheral macro on the NPB, is used in situations such as when the data setup time is insufficient.
If a high-level signal is being input to the VPRETR and VPDACT pins at the falling edge of the VPSTB signal, the
VPSTB signal rises again and the read or write operation is repeated.
