LUBRICATION
4. Oil Pump
A: REMOVAL
1) Set the vehicle on a lift.
2) Disconnect the ground cable from the battery.
3) Lift up the vehicle.
4) Remove the under cover.
5) Remove the bolts which install water pipe of oil
cooler to oil pump.
6) Remove the water pipe and hoses between oil
cooler and water pump.
7) Lower the vehicle.
8) Remove the radiator. <Ref. to CO(H4DOTC)-25,
REMOVAL, Radiator.>
Oil Pump
9) Remove the crankshaft position sensor.
10) Remove the V-belts. <Ref. to ME(H4DOTC)-
44, REMOVAL, V-belt.>
11) Remove the belt tensioner.

12) Remove the crank pulley using ST.

14) Remove the timing belt guide. (MT model)
