disabled—VC integrity disabled for VC
sent—OAM loopback cell sent; waiting for response
received—OAM loopback cell response received
failed—OAM loopback reply not received within frequency period, or reply contained
a bad correlation tag
OAM VC status:
AIS—VC is in AIS state
RDI—VC is in RDI state
