Oven Blanket (right side)

Oven Blanket (right side) Removal

Tools and Materials Required
• 7/16-open end wrench
• 5/32-inch hex key
Procedure
1.
Move the Z stage to the middle of the oven.
2.
Power down the system and allow the system to cool to room temperature
proceeding.
(See
Warning: Make sure power is removed from the system. High
voltage may exist if the UPS is not powered off.
3.
Remove the upper and lower right side panels and the middle and lower back panels.

4.
Remove the AC board cover.
5.
Disconnect three oven heater connectors from the AC board.
6.
Remove all cable ties that secure the oven wires and position the wires to the right side of
the system.
7.
Remove the two bottom nuts and washers that hold the oven blanket to the oven. Also,
remove one nut, washer and cable clamp that hold the oven blanket to the oven. (See
Figure 5-73.)
