MIO Board Installation

Tools and Materials Required
• #2 Phillips screwdriver
• Wire cutters
• ESD wrist strap
Procedure
Caution: Wear an ESD wrist strap when working with the MIO
board. If the system has been disconnected from its AC source, the
system frame will not be a proper ground. attach the wrist strap to a
known good ground such as a steel electrical conduit.
1.
Remove the MIO board from the static protection bag.
Caution: Use care not scrape the bottom surface of the board when
positioning the MIO board.
2.
Properly position the MIO board in the system.
3.
Install and tighten the MIO board mounting screws.
4.
Attach all connectors to MIO board.
