Display Panel Installation

Tools and Materials Required
• 11/32-inch hex key
Procedure
1.
Position the display panel assembly and then install and tighten four mounting nuts.
2.
Connect the display interface cable to the display assembly.
3.
Install right side panels. (See
4.
Power up the system to verify display panel operation. (See
page 5-9.)

AC Board

AC Board Removal

Tools and Materials Required
• 5/32-inch hex key
• 7/16-inch open end wrench
• #2 Phillips screwdriver
• ESD wrist strap
Procedure
1.
Power down the system. (See
2.
Remove the lower left side panel and lower back panel. (See
6.)
3.
Remove the two screws using a 5/32-inch hex key from the AC board cover and carefully
slide the AC board cover out of the system.
Caution: Wear an ESD wrist strap when working with the AC
board. If the system has been disconnected from its AC voltage
source, the system frame will not be a proper ground. Attach the
wrist strap to a known good ground such as a steel electrical
conduit.
