Loss of Extrusion
Filament buckles and then misfeeds. The head carriage fills with
coils of material.
Melted blob of material at entrance to liquefier. Results in either
head motor stall, spaghetti head, or spin out.
The thin curl on the end of filament after unloaded from liquefier.
The part is being built, but no material comes out of the liquefier
(results from Spaghetti Head or Spin out). During an air model the
liquefiers are at build temperature, but are not extruding. This
degrades the liquefiers rapidly; they should be replaced.
Head motor chews a divot into the filament and spins freely.
