Caution: AC board and filter damage may result due to arcing if the
filter lug nuts are not properly installed and tightened.
5.
Tighten the five AC filter lug nuts.
6.
Attach all harness connectors to AC board.
7.
Install the cable ties removed during disassembly.
Caution: Use care when tightening the AC board cover screws so
the wires will not be pinched.

Install the AC board cover. Install and tighten two cover mounting screws.

Install lower left side panel and lower back panel. (See

Power up the system to verify operation. (See

MIO Board Removal
Tools and Materials Required
• #2 Phillips screwdriver
• Wire cutter
• ESD wrist strap
Procedure
Caution: Wear an ESD wrist strap when working with the MIO
board. If the system has been disconnected from its AC source, the
system frame will not be a proper ground. attach the wrist strap to a
known good ground such as a steel electrical conduit.

Power down the system. (See

Remove the lower back panel. (See

Label and remove all connectors from the MIO board. Cut cable ties as necessary.
4.
Remove the MIO board mounting screws (#2 Phillips screwdriver).
Caution: Use care not to scrape the bottom of the bottom surface of
the board when removing the MIO board. Do not remove the ESD
wrist strap until the MIO board is placed in a static protection bag.
5.
Carefully lift the MIO board from the system.
6.
Place the MIO board in a static protection bag.
