Part build stopped

If the System is paused during a build, press HELP on the UI to check
for messages.

UI HELP message: Pause was caused by: gantry XY movement blocked.

Check XY motors independently. Manually move head and Y-bridge assembly and look
for high friction areas in the gantry.

Mechanical gantry friction test requires the system be powered off
and X and Y servomotor power cables be disconnected from servo
amps. May require heat shield removal for complete inspection.
Verify belt tensions are set correctly.
Inspect all gantry belt path components (shoulder bolts and
pulleys) for damage or wear (best performed with X and Y-belts
removed).
Verify servo amp LEDs indicate 'enabled' on MIO board (green =
enabled, red = disabled).

All Servo Amp LEDs are OFF.
• Check output of 24/48V DC power supply for correct DC
voltage.

All Servo Amps are red (oven door, hood and lid must be
closed).

Check for a bad door/hood interlock switch. Make sure
wiring is securely connected.
(2).
Verify a 360/400mc door or hood interlock switch plunger
is properly aligned to switch.
(3).
Verify that the 360mc/400mc has no damage to sensor
vanes and that the flag alignment is centrally located.
(4).
Check the PMD cable from computer to MIO board.
(5).
Possible failed PMD board - computer replacement
necessary.
c.
Single Servo Amp LED is Red.
• Swap servo amp locations on the MIO board with one that is
green (enabled):
If problem remains at the amp's position, replace motor.
If problem remains with servo amp, replace MIO board.
