Y Bock Installation

Tools and Materials
• 5/32-inch hex key
Procedure
1.
Inspect the three Y block filament tubes. Check for damage, kinks, squared ends, etc.
2.
Position the Y block in the system.

Install and tighten the two mounting screws to secure the Y block using 5/32-inch hex
key.
4.
Attach the air dryer tube to the Y block by firmly pressing the tube into the Y block
fitting.
5.
Attach the filament tubes to the Y block by firmly pressing the tubes into the Y block
fittings for 4-bay systems, make sure that the tubes from the canister bays do not
crossover each other.
6.
Check to make sure that the tubes are firmly anchored in the fittings by gently trying to
pull the tubes free of the Y block. The tubes should stay attached.

Install the middle back panel. (See
