This troubleshooting guide is for use by Stratasys representatives - including Stratasys field
service engineers and authorized distributor service representatives.
This document is not intended for customer use.

Systems Covered By This Guide.

This guide is primarily written for systems running BE (Back End) controller software 2.10.1
and above, but, generally, it can be used for Fortus 360mc/400mc systems.

Additional troubleshooting information is available in the system User Guides, and on the
system Quick Reference Card.

How to Troubleshoot the System

Power up the system and continue with the process in which the
system previously failed (loading material, starting a part build,
etc.).
Press HELP on the UI to determine if a help message is available.
Proceed in this guide to section 3.0 and to the subsection of the
closest listed malfunction.
Follow the corrective actions to fix the failure.
