Cause and Solution
Contactor will be shut down because the
support or model liquefier did not reach UI
temperature setpoint.
Troubleshooting info on this failure is under LOE
(temperature control).
X or Y Movement failure:
Command movement in X and Y direction to
determine which direction fails.
Check for any mechanical binding in X or Y
direction of head.
Check motor control amps on MIO board for
enabled (green = enabled), (hood/door must
be closed).
Check motor connections from motor to MIO
and MIO to motor control amp.
is in wrong position for start of part:
(The error message in the CFG occurs after
AutoHome)
Check if the "Z" motor control amp on the
MIO is enabled (green LED).
Check motor connections from motor to MIO
and MIO to motor control amp.
Swap amps on the MIO between motor
control amps for Z and Y or X.
Failure follows AMP: Replace MIO board.
Failure follows motor: Replace motor.
