Oven Thermal Circuit Breaker Removal
Tools and Materials Required
• 7/64-inch hex key
• 14mm open end wrench
Procedure
1.
Power down the system. (See

Remove the right upper side panel. (See

Disconnect the breaker wiring harness from the thermal breaker spade lugs.
4.
Remove the two breaker tube clamps (2) from the Z stage using a
7/64-inch hex key. Remove the mounting screws.
5.
Pull the oven blanket back enough to gain access to the thermal sensor bracket. Remove
the oven blanket mounting nuts and washers as necessary.
6.
Remove the thermal sensor bracket (1) from the oven. Remove the two mounting screws.
7.
Slide the sensor free from the sensor bracket.
8.
Remove the thermal breaker (3) from the breaker mount by removing the retaining nut
and bracket (14mm open end wrench.
