Liquefier Tip Removal

Tools and Materials Required
• 9/64-inch hex key
• Safety gloves
Procedure
1.
Unload filament from the system (Operator Control > Change Tips/Material > Unload
Model and Support).
2.
Place the head in the head maintenance bracket. (See
page 5-13.)
3.
Loosen, but do not remove, the liquefier heater block clamp screws.
4.
Remove the tip from the liquefier.
