XY Gantry

Warning: The system servomotors produce high torque. Failure to
use adequate safety precautions may result in serious injury. Power
the system down prior to performing maintenance on the XY table.
Never wear a tie, loose clothing or jewelry when working on the XY
table.

Tools and Materials Required
• 7/64-inch hex key
• Wire cutter
Procedure
1.
Power down the system. (See
2.
Disconnect the wiring harness from the fan to be removed. (See
36.)
3.
Remove the four fan retaining screws (7/64-inch hex key) and washers and then remove
the fan and guard.
