Liquefier Tip Installation

Tools and Materials Required
• Safety gloves
• 9/64-inch hex key
Procedure
This procedure only covers mechanical installation of the tips. For tip replacement with
calibrations see the 360mc/400mc User Guide.
1.
Insert the tip into the liquefier making sure the tip is properly seated. The liquefier tip
holding the pin must fit in the liquefier tip groove.

Tighten the liquefier heater block clamp screws. Snug the screws at first and then
completely tighten the screws.
