Belt Tension Gauge Setup

Tools and Materials Required
• Belt tension gauge
• 7/64-inch hex key
Procedure
1.
Insert the Zero Gauge Block into the Belt Tension Gauge fixture
2.
Adjust the gauge position in the fixture so the small dial is at 5 and the large hand is at
the top of the gauge. Tighten the clamp screw (7/64-inch hex key) to hold the gauge in
place. Do not over tighten the clamp screw.
3.
Rotate the dial face to zero the large gauge.
