Internal Vacuum Pump Filters Replacement

This procedure does not apply to systems with an external air source.
Tools and Materials Required
• 7/16-inch wrench
• Exhaust Filter (Muffler) (PN 104200-XXXX included in PM kit)
• Inlet Filter Element (PN 104279-XXXX included in PM kit)
Procedure
1.
Power down the system. (See

Remove the right side panels. (See

Replace the exhaust filter:

Remove the exhaust filter assembly from the vacuum pump.
Apply liquid thread sealant or sealing tape to threads of new filter
assembly.
Install and tighten new filter assembly onto vacuum pump.
