Y Block Removal

Tools and Materials
• 5/32-inch hex key
Procedure
1.
Unload filament from bay(s). (See
page 2-36)
2.
Power down the system. (See

Remove the middle back panel. (See
4.
Disconnect filament tubes from the Y block. Push in on the end of the fitting to release the
tube.
5.
Disconnect the air dryer tube from the Y block.
6.
Remove the Y block mounting screws using a 5/32-inch hex key and remove the Y block
from the system.
